Support Foundation is an Organization committed to provide best possible support to its participants. As a NDIS registered provider, we make sure that our participant had adequate choice and control over their NDIS plan, and our passionate staff help them achieve their goals. W support our clients at their home, in the community and in residential home. We directly provide extensive services, Disability Support Workers, Assistant in Nursing staff and many more. If we do not provide  service that our participants need, we liaise with other providers and make sure our participant get access to the services within desire time frame.

"Choice & Control"


Under participants NDIS plan - Capacity Building, we provide plan management to our NDIS participants. We make sure that participants are given choices of the providers and their all invoices are paid on time. Our payment time ranges between 2 to 14 working days. We are efficient and reliable plan management that provides quality service.

We make sure we pay participants service providers for the support they have purchased in timely manner. We help participant keep track of their funds and take care of financial reporting. Participants can get monthly report of their expense on request. It normally should take us 2 hours and there is no extra cost involved for those tasks.

From 1st July 2020, as per change introduced by NDIS, participants will be charged for non-face to face capacity building support for plan and financial management (phone consultation or email communication outside regular services mentioned above) or face to face meeting. This support will assist participant to build their capacity to undertake all aspects of plan administration and management including engaging providers, developing service agreements, maintaining records, paying providers, and claiming payment from the NDIA. It focuses on building their financial and organisational skills and enhancing their ability to direct their supports. We will enhance participants skills for self-management, where this is possible.

We along with NDIS commission aim to uphold the rights of people with disabilities, including the right to dignity and respect and to live free from abuse, exploitation and violence. We at Support Foundation also ensure that we are empowering people with disability to exercise choice and control in the support they receive by providing them access to different options about service providers while ensuring appropriate protections are in place. By doing so, we are assisting people with disability, their families and their carers to build the capacity to make informed decisions about NDIS providers. We also provide them information and process of responding to and managing concerns and complaints.

"Conflict of Interest"

Conflict of interest occurs when an individual or an NDIS provider is in a position to exploit their own professional or official capacity for personal or corporate benefit (other than in the usual course of charging fees for services or supports rendered). We at Support Foundation understand that with any service provided to an NDIS client, there may arise a conflict of interest so to overcome this we make sure we provide our client with all the information and options possible to overcome conflict of interest (minimum of three). Since we provide different funded support to our participants under one platform, we acknowledge we have great responsibility to manage conflict of interest. We make sure that we have documented all services delivered to our participants and keep the information separate between our teams. We demonstrate transparency regarding participant’s choice and control over their NDIS plan. We do not participate in any commission on funds management. We do not charge any out of pocket fee to our participants and only charge NDIS rate or below. We make sure to disclose conflict of interest to all our participants, carer or representative.
