AGED CARE:
We provide quality support to all our clients specially aged population in our community. We treasure them for their contribution to our community and we thank them with quality support. We deliver quality support through our passionate support workers who are qualified to deliver the services. We have strived hard to establish ourselves as a bridge between our clients and community to let them live their life independently with dignity.

Services we deliver:

Personal Care: We provide passionate support workers to support our clients with personal care. Personal Care consists of those tasks our clients would normally be able to do as part of their normal daily functioning to keep their personal hygiene in good condition, but are unable due to a particular health issue, illness, disability or frailty.

Assistance may be required with:

  • Showering or bathing
  • Dressing including assistance with compression stockings
  • Grooming
  • Getting in and out of bed
  • Toileting or continence management
  • Personal hygiene
  • Mobility within the house (can follow exercise plan developed by healthcare professionals)
  • Hoist and lifting machine assistance
  • Prompting to take medication

Domestic Assistance and Household Activities: We provide passionate support workers to support out clients with domestic assistance and household activities. Domestic assistance and household activities consists of those tasks our clients would normally be doing at their house every day to live independently, but are unable due to a particular health issue, illness, disability or frailty.

Assistance may be required with:

  • Cooking
  • Dishwashing
  • House cleaning
  • Vacuuming
  • Bed making
  • Laundry
  • General garden maintenance
  • Paying bills and many more.

Social and Community Participation: We provide passionate support workers to support our clients with social and community participation. Social and community participation consists of those tasks our clients would do out in community to maintain their independence, but are unable due to a particular health issue, illness, disability or frailty.

Assistance may be required with:

  • Shopping
  • Medical appointments
  • Help access public transport
  • Going for walks (dog walks if applicable) or day out
  • Any group actives or participate in local club or library
  • Any recreational or sports activities like bowling, billiards, soccer, movies etc
  • Attending any classes or work
  • Building skills, taking up new interest to learn things (e.g., Cooking, painting, photography etc)
  • Run everyday errands (a short journey undertaken in order to deliver or collect something, especially on someone else's behalf)

Flexible Respite: We provide passionate support workers to support our clients with flexible respite. It usually involves a paid carer comes and supports you so that your usual carer can take a short break. Flexible respite is available in the day or overnight. It can be provided at our client’s home or in the community. You can come to our respite house and have your flexible respite.
