About Us

Support Foundation is proud to be an NDIS registered services provider and has been providing top-quality service since 2017. Support Foundation was established by a group of passionate professionals who have a genuine desire to help the most vulnerable in society. We are committed to helping those in need by offering them access to services under several categories of NDIS plans.

As a NDIS registered provider, we make sure that we provide adequate choice and control to our clients regarding their NDIS plan so that the participants can get the best out of their NDIS plan. Our passionate staff are always there to assist our clients to achieve their goals and help family members and carers address their inquiries or concerns they may have regarding the participant’s plan and goals.

We support our clients in their homes, in the community, and in residential homes. We directly provide disability support workers, assistants in nursing staff, and many more services to our clients. If we do not offer a particular service, we liaise with other providers and make sure our clients get access to those services within their desired time frame.

We serve a wide range of participants from:

  • Autism spectrum disorder to down syndrome,
  • People with intellectual disabilities to people with physical disabilities,
  • Participants above 7 years to participants below 65 years.
  • Participant for any respite holidays and camps (may vary from plan to plan).
  • We respect participants’ choices and control and serve clients from different cultural backgrounds, gender identities and different areas of the Sydney metropolitan area.
