Keeping You Informed: Updates to Your Service Agreement and Rights
A brief update on Code of Conduct, Service Agreement, and what the latest NDIS legislative changes mean for you.
At SF Admin Team, transparency and trust sit at the heart of everything we do and that means keeping you informed, even when changes are small. We have recently updated our Code of Conduct and, accordingly, your Service Agreement. The most important update is one that protects you directly: no provider may charge you more than the NDIS Price Guide for services delivered to you, a right that is now formally reflected in your agreement with us. Alongside these internal changes, the NDIS itself has undergone significant legislative reform across 2025 and into 2026, including the introduction of an approved NDIS Supports List, new plan management rules, the rollout of funding periods to help budgets last longer, and the upcoming new person-centred planning framework beginning July 2026. These reforms are designed to strengthen your rights, improve transparency, and ensure every dollar of your plan works harder for you.
