We can liaise with other providers and make sure our clients gets access to those services with their desired time frame. Our passionate staff are always there to assist our clients to achieve their goals and help family members and carers address their inquiries or concerns that may have regarding the participant’s plan and goals.

Get agency healthcare workers with one call, no recruitment fee, no hidden costs. We serve you as per our 3Q’s principles, i.e. Quick, Quality, Quantity.

We understand the urgency our clients have when accessing support. Our services are quick so that our clients don’t have to wait long to receive their support. We deliver support within 24 hours of completion of the referral. Our minimum shift duration is 2 hours, and we assure to deliver support within 24 hours of referral within the metropolitan area. We request flexibility on the referral, especially with the timings and diversity of the support workers.

Providing quality support to our clients is one of our core values. We pride ourselves on providing quality support to our clients. We provide quality support to all our clients so that they can live their life independently and with dignity. To maintain a high level of quality in our work, we make sure the services are delivered by qualified healthcare professionals. All our workers are qualified with a minimum qualification of Certificate III. Most of our workforce is healthcare students.

We do not limit our working hours with the funding allocation or time allocation. We have worked hard to keep our price as low as $42 per hour so that our clients can benefit more. We are confident that our prices are the most competitive price in the Australian healthcare industry. We provide more hours of support to any participant from the same amount in their plan. We strive hard to provide as much support as a client needs to live independently and happily rather than limiting his abilities. We work hard to give more hours of support to our clients on the funding they have for their plans.
