Support Foundation is a purpose driven organisation committed to empowering recent graduates and professionals currently working in industry who seek structured exposure, skills enhancement, and ethical career progression within the Australian workforce. We understand the challenges faced by individuals transitioning from study to employment or seeking to strengthen their professional standing to secure stable employment and visa outcomes. Our programs are designed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical, workplace ready competence through supervised, outcome focused training. We prioritise ethical practice, inclusion, and professional integrity, creating a supportive learning environment that recognises individual backgrounds while aligning with Australia’s workforce needs particularly within the healthcare and allied health services sectors. Our approach reflects a genuine commitment to workforce development, social responsibility, and compliance with Australian regulatory and training expectations.
All training programs delivered by our organization are aligned with Australian standards and are conducted under the direct supervision of suitably qualified and experienced professionals. Our structured training plans are developed to meet industry expectations and, where applicable, support visa requirements by ensuring participants gain relevant, supervised experience that enhances employability and professional credibility. We currently offer supervised training pathways for Disability Support Workers, Assistants in Nursing, Registered Nurses, Case Workers, Social Workers, Support Coordinators, as well as professionals in Accounting and Information Technology. Each program emphasises practical skills, ethical practice, communication, documentation, and workplace readiness, ensuring participants can confidently integrate into Australian professional settings. By combining professional supervision, structured learning outcomes, and real world exposure, our organisation supports participants in building sustainable careers and achieving long term stability within Australian healthcare and professional systems. Our mission is not only to train individuals, but to strengthen the workforce through responsible, compliant, and compassionate professional development.
Support Foundation is a values-driven organisation committed to strengthening Australia’s health and community care sector by connecting skilled professionals with organisations that need them most. Through our dedicated recruitment branch, we primarily engage qualified and emerging professionals including Disability Support Workers, Assistants in Nursing (AINs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Case Workers, Social Workers, Accountants, Administrators, IT Support specialists and a wide range of allied and corporate roles that support the healthcare ecosystem. Our recruitment model is designed to be responsive, ethical and cost-effective, enabling us to provide high-quality professionals to our stakeholders quickly and at competitive rates. We take pride in being recognised as a healthcare recruitment agency that understands the urgency and complexity of the Australian healthcare system, particularly across the NDIS, aged care, community health and hospital support environments. By aligning our practices with Australian healthcare standards, regulatory requirements and modern workforce expectations, we deliver workforce solutions that are both reliable and sustainable.
A key strength of Support Foundation lies in our ability to identify, recruit and nurture talent throughout the calendar year. We actively recruit recent Australian graduates as well as overseas-qualified professionals who hold appropriate qualifications and relevant experience and are willing to migrate to Australia. Many of these professionals are initially placed within our own organisation, where they receive structured training, mentoring and exposure to local work practices. This includes understanding Australian healthcare laws, duty of care, safeguarding principles, workplace health and safety, cultural competence, and ethical service delivery core standards expected across the Australian healthcare and social care sectors. By providing this transitional local experience, we ensure our workforce is confident, compliant and well prepared to operate effectively within the Australian healthcare system. Once individuals demonstrate competence, confidence and alignment with local values, we place them into paid employment across our business network and stakeholder organisations. This approach not only supports workforce shortages but also promotes long-term retention, quality care outcomes and professional growth. Through compassion, professionalism and strategic workforce development, Support Foundation continues to build a trusted pipeline of skilled healthcare professionals who contribute meaningfully to Australia’s health and community services sector.
